Have Experience tracking macros/calories or willing to learn
Already have a training plan/schedule for specific sport and/or activity
Are willing to commit to weekly check-ins
Have no injuries or medical conditions (I am not a doctor or a rehab guy)
Are not using steroids / PEDs

Want a generic meal plan to follow

Can’t commit to weekly check ins

Academic background
I'm Mira, with a Master's in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and a Bachelor's in Sport and Exercise Science. I've also co-authored a published paper in the British Journal of Nutrition. But my qualifications extend beyond the classroom.
What makes me different?
As an athlete, dancer, and special action performer myself, I intimately understand the rigorous demands of professional sports and the entertainment industry. This unique blend of academic knowledge and firsthand experience allows me to provide the highest level of personalized nutrition coaching.

My journey into Sports Science and Nutrition began with a personal quest: to dance as long as possible. Learning about exercise science, nutrition, and the human body became my passion. After years of study and experimentation, I’m now here to share my knowledge and help others achieve their goals.

My program is beneficial for athletes of all levels, including those who are recreational or aspiring to compete. We can help you improve your energy levels, recovery times, and overall performance, regardless of your specific athletic goals.
3. Can I use your coaching services if I'm training for a specific event or competition?
Absolutely! I specialize in working with athletes who are preparing for specific events or competitions. Whether you're training for a Marathon, CrossFit event, West End show, Breaking competition or any other athletic event, I will create a nutrition plan that supports your training schedule, maximizes your performance, and aids in recovery.
4. How long does your Ongoing Nutrition Coaching last?
My Ongoing Nutrition Coaching program operates on a monthly rolling basis with a 30-day cancellation policy. This flexible approach allows you to decide how long you need my support. My main goal is to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary so that you eventually won't need my or any other nutrition coaching services in the future.
